Quick answer: Every container of liquid, gel, cream or paste in your hand luggage must hold 100 ml or less, and Kutaisi allows no more than 10 of them. What gets measured is the size printed on the container, not how much is left inside it. How many bags you may bring, and how heavy, is set by your airline rather than the airport — at Kutaisi that usually means Wizz Air.

Kutaisi states that passengers may take just one piece of hand luggage through the checkpoint. Lift your laptop, tablet and any other large electronics out of the bag so they can be x-rayed separately.
Liquids, gels, creams and pastes must travel in containers of 100 ml or less, and Kutaisi caps how many you may carry at 10. The container's own stated capacity is what counts, regardless of how much liquid is in it — a half-empty 200 ml bottle is still turned away.
Kutaisi publishes no requirement to seal your containers into a single 1-litre transparent bag, which is the rule EU and UK airports enforce. Pack one anyway if you are connecting onwards: at every checkpoint it is that airport's rule that applies, not the one you departed under.
Essential medicines sufficient for your trip are allowed past the liquid limit, but expect to be asked for proof — a doctor's letter or a prescription. Syringes are carried only on presentation of a document confirming medical necessity.
Knives, scissors, razors and tools belong in checked baggage only. The airport is explicit that its list of prohibited items is not definitive, and that security may require an item which is not on the list to be surrendered.
What stops people leaving Kutaisi is customs rather than security. More than 4 litres of any alcoholic drink must be declared, as must 400 cigarettes, 50 cigars or 250 g of tobacco, and cash or valuables worth 30,000 GEL or more.
Report it at the Lost & Found office in the arrivals hall before you leave, or call 0431 23 70 03. Do it straight away: once you step out of the baggage reclaim area, re-entry is not permitted.
